I thought i was buying a new battery. Regrettably, this was not the case. According to the widely used hardware analysis and monitoring software that is hwinfo, the battery wear right out the box was 20%. The battery wear on my old laptop (that i extensively used for 5 years) was 30 percent. TLDR: Thought I bought a new battery, but the battery i got was one that resembled a battery that has been used for 3.3 years.
