I ordered this replacement battery for my kids older dell laptop that had lost it's charging capabilities. It worked perfectly and fixed the problem. It is still going strong. The GNU battery fitted to my Dell Inspirion 5558 right out of the box. Charged 12 hrs for first charge cycle, lasted 4hrs of normal run, then charging to full before draining out below 20% in about 3.5 hrs. Sometimes the battery shows for 6hrs or 9hrs, but run time is same (3.5-4hrs). Good battery for the money. Will update more later.
