Ik heb een nieuwe laptopbatterij besteld die ik vanaf 17/8 heb besteld en deze heeft twee weken geduurd zonder nieuws. Dit doet mij ernstig aan hem twijfelen. Ze hebben huif alles gemaild over de bezorging. Heb contact opgenomen maar nog steeds niet opgelost, zeer teleurgesteld. Ik heb een klacht ingediend bij Test Aankoop voor hun hulp, ik hoop dat u mijn probleem kunt oplossen. Ik hoop dit artikel zo snel mogelijk te ontvangen of het geld terug te krijgen. Ik wil je slechte recensies niet achterlaten op Trustpilot enz.

Beste klant, Het spijt ons zeer voor de vertraging in de levering en dat onze service u niet tevreden kan stellen. We hebben vastgesteld dat er op 31 augustus voor uw pakket is getekend. Als u het pakket nog niet heeft ontvangen, raad ik u aan contact op te nemen met het plaatselijke Bpost-postkantoor. Daarnaast zal de klantenservice via e-mail contact met u houden en contact opnemen met het postkantoor om te helpen bij het onderzoeken van het pakket. Sorry to say I am very disappointed with my shopping experience with this site. Even though they have a 30-day return policy marked on their website, I have had a series of frustrating issues. And our dispute lasted for nearly four months. First of all, I was quite troubled by the customer service staff's response. They will first ask you to wait longer and say their warehouse is adjusting. This is their usual routine. I purchased the product based on the return policy on the website, but I was disappointed. As a customer, I purchased the wrong model and would like to return the item for a refund as stated in the 30-day warranty policy. However, their customer service staff needed me to provide relevant pictures and videos, but the website marked a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. For a website that advertises a 30-day return policy, this is obviously unacceptable. Not only did I lose confidence in purchasing, but I also had a very bad customer experience. Moreover, after returning the battery, they did not proactively refund me and needed me to ask via email again. As a consumer, I have reasonable expectations for the shopping experience and after-sales service, but this experience left me with a negative impression of the brand. There is no after-sales process or customer service, and the promised return policy is hard, I hope you all learn from my experience and avoid this website.
