Install was simple, and after installing it and conditioning the battery per instructions (full drain to 5% and charge to full 3 times), the longevity so far seems to match the OEM with 2.5-3 hrs of battery life available at 90% screen brightness.No complaints so far. If anything changes, I'll update the review.Update 2 months in. Still provides about 3 hours of life while cruising the net at 90% screen brightness on 2019 HP Pavilion 6CR88AV 15" laptop.

This battery is an exact replacement for the original batteries we had in our HP Notebook laptops. Replacing them took a bit of careful work with precision tools, but was do-able with reasonable care. The result was amazing. The directions assume you have some tech knowledge, which I don’t, so I found a video for my HP model and it was fairly easy. The magnetized screw drivers are perfect for holding onto those teeny screws and what I thought was a guitar pick is actually to help loosen the case. My battery came 75% charged and installation was something I wished I’d done months ago.
