Battery will not hold a charge. I keep laptop plugged in and charging and it still loses about 1% of the charge, today after charging for several hours the maximum charge is 40% and dropping.

I made sure I checked my laptop model # before ordering this , and it said online it was compatible but it was the completely wrong battery. They only give you a short amount of time to return it so now Im stuck with a battery I cant use.

This replacement battery sit in my Dell laptop perfectly. I’ve only had it a couple of days and it seems to extend the life when I’m not connected to electricity but it’s only been a couple of days. I will see if it is doable overtime.

I ordered the replacement battery from another vendor. It was less expensive, but my computer said it wasn't recommended and wouldn't charge it. Should have spent the extra few bucks for this one first, working perfectly!
