This replacement battery sit in my Dell laptop perfectly. I’ve only had it a couple of days and it seems to extend the life when I’m not connected to electricity but it’s only been a couple of days. I will see if it is doable overtime.

I ordered the replacement battery from another vendor. It was less expensive, but my computer said it wasn't recommended and wouldn't charge it. Should have spent the extra few bucks for this one first, working perfectly!

Not easy to replace in an HP laptop but that is because of the computer design. The battery fit perfectly and started working right away. I think the battery life is actually slightly more than the OE battery.
