Put in my dell g3 laptop.From the start the battery life is very short during use, and it completely loses a charge over 3-4 days while powered off.Now we are 3 months in and my computer kees warning me that there is an issue with the battery.Didn't go well for us. I would try a different brand.

It fit fine and the laptop did recognize it and charge it…. But even when the indicator said it was fully charged it barely lasted one hour of runtime…and after a few months it seemed to stop charging even though the laptop was fine. My laptop is now permanently docked to a wall plug because this battery died a few months after purchase.
