The 2 items orderes was sent in 2 different packages. The first package took 2 weeks to arrive (a bit slower than anticipated) and the second arrived after yet another 1? weeks. On both occasions I contacted customer service. And was explained very professionally about the reason of the delay and the promise that my items was on the way. Apart from this, everything worked great and I experience no problems with my items. I am very satisfied and buy from them again.

The directions assume you have some tech knowledge, which I don’t, so I found a video for my HP model and it was fairly easy. The magnetized screw drivers are perfect for holding onto those teeny screws and what I thought was a guitar pick is actually to help loosen the case. My battery came 75% charged and installation was something I wished I’d done months ago.
