Install isn't really hard, but somewhat involved. Broke one of the included pry tools right away, but don't really care about that.... Installed and charged up, charge has been holding in the 90% range for a good amount of time, old battery was running down in a couple of days of non-use. Seems to work really well for me so far, time will tell if it holds up well.

This battery has so far proven to be worth it's price. It was already way cheaper than the Dell OEM battery, but it installed easily and functioned without problem. My computer feels like it has a new lease on life.
