It was great! Battery easy to find, and it was at least half of what Dell wanted. Not to mention, with Dell it was on backorder for 3 months, with Laptop Battery Shop, I had it in 5 days!

I got a battery it didn't work so I emailed them they had a new one at my door 2 days later with return label, unfortunately its my computer not working so I let them know emailed me a return label the same day and got it sent out. Love em I will recommend them to anyone with battery problems.
